EDC HR ConsultingThe HR Consultancy arm of EDC is led by Roger Rawlinson, who, as well as being an Executive Coach and OD consultant, is a Fellow of the CIPD and was an HR Director across the public and private sectors for two decades until 2014.

Roger and the EDC team are able to assist organisations in developing and enhancing internal procedures which cover the entire range of HR activities: organisational design, recruitment, selection, employment policies, staff handbooks, employment law and tribunals.

We focus on advising and leading senior teams through major organisational changes resulting from mergers, acquisitions, changes to markets and changes in government policy.
